My approach to therapy is holistic, as I believe it is essential to the healing process to attend to all aspects of one’s self: emotional, spiritual, social and biological. Throughout this process, we will work together to navigate the elements of life that are painful, while learning to celebrate achievements; both of which lead to incredible transformations.

My practice is based in Seattle, WA. I received my Master's degree from Antioch University Seattle, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Certified Integrated Intimacy Professional (CIIP), and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST).

In my spare time I enjoy photography, cooking, and experiencing all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I am also a Seattleite born and raised, which means I am a Seahawks fan through and through!
