I work with individuals and partnerships who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relational struggles, sexual dysfunction, life cycle transitions, relational conflict, and those who need general support while working through demanding life events. My work focuses on those who feel disconnected in their relationships, and with individuals who are struggling to find a clear and inspiring direction in their lives. My approach to counseling is collaborative and conversational. It is my goal to make you feel comfortable throughout the therapy process, while challenging you to create fast change and growth.
My approach to therapy is holistic, as I believe it is essential to the healing process to attend to all aspects of one’s self: emotional, spiritual, social and biological. Throughout this process, we will work together to navigate the elements of life that are painful, while learning to celebrate achievements; both of which lead to incredible transformations.
My practice is located in Queen Anne, Seattle, WA. I received my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Scripps College and my Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from Antioch University Seattle, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Certified Integrated Intimacy Professional (CIIP).
I am passionate about helping you to achieve your desired goals as an individual and as a member of our community; I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey.
